Arizona Agates Page 8
New pictures will be added in no particular order. Hopefully, as the gallery grows, all you crazy agate lovers out there will find my collection as interesting and beautiful as I do. Periodically I will include pieces that aren’t agate or jasper, but are noteworthy enough in their own way to be included here.
Enjoy!

Central Arizona 4, Unpolished Slab

Central Arizona 2, Unpolished Slab
3 1/8″ x 2 1/2″ x 1/4″ Not agate, but a very cool piece of banded iron, hematite, and red jasper from the mountains of AZ. Very dirty to cut, but makes beautiful shiny, silvery metallic cabs.
Northern Arizona, Unpolished Slab
6″ x 3″ x 1/4″ This is a beautiful, large slab filled with sparkly druzy vugs, white fortifications, and black flowery inclusions. The photo is only half of the slab as it is too big to photograph without losing detail.
Southern Arizona, Unpolished End Cut
3 1/8″ x 2″ x 3/4″ This is a great piece of golden jasper filled with little black dendritic inclusions. Nice material for cabbing.
