Periodically I will include pieces that aren’t agate or jasper, but are noteworthy enough in their own way to be included here.

Panama, Unpolished Slab
2 1/2″ x 1 1/8″ x 1/4″ This is a nice example of translucent banded agate.
Madagascar, Unpolished Slab
4 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ x 1/4″ This is a beautiful old stock slab of Ocean Jasper with tons of little orbs in colors of green, gold, red, and cream.
Indonesia, Unpolished Slab
4″ x 1 1/4″ x 1/4″ This is an awesome slab of beautiful Grape Agate that is filled with great little orbs in colors of purple, blue-violet, green, & gold.
Madagascar, Face Polished Slab
6″ x 4 1/8″ x 1/4″ This is a beautiful, large face polished Ocean Jasper slab I purchased many years ago from the original importer of this material. You do not find material anywhere near this kind of quality anymore.

Argentina, Face Polished Slab
2 7/8″ x 2″ x 3/8″ This is a rare and beautiful agatized fossil pine cone section with exceptional color and pattern dating from the Jurassic period, approximately 180 million years ago. These Araucaria and Pararaucaria pine cones are among the best preserved pine cones in the world and are found in Patagonia, Argentina.
Africa, Face Polished Nodule
2 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ x 3/4″ A richly colored Botswana banded agate half nodule in shades of purple, maroon, & white.
China, Unpolished Slab
3 3/4″ x 2 1/2″ x 1/4″ This is a really cool agate filled with lots of sticks/needles in a lavender grey/lavender background with euhedral quartz.

4″ x 2 1/4″ x 1/4″ This is a great slab of picture rock with bold scenic patterns similar to the material that comes from Death Valley, CA.
Guatemala, Unpolished Slab
4 1/8″ x 2 5/8″ x 1/4″ This is a nice slab of pink rhodonite with strong black veiny patterns on a rosy pink & dark blackish green background.
China, Face Polished Rough
3 3/4″ x 1 5/8″ x 1/4″ This is a really cool agate filled with lots of sticks/needles in a lavender background.
Madagascar, Unpolished Slab
4 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ x 1/4″ This is an awesome slab of banded/dendritic agate with strong black bands & inclusions in translucent agate with a euhedral quartz center. To me, it looks very similar to Montana agate.
Indonesia, Unpolished Slab
3 3/4″ x 2″ x 1/4″ This great slab of petrified palm root is very colorfully filled with tubes & eyes in shades of gold, orange/red, green, & blue.
Madagascar, Unpolished Slab
3 3/4″ x 2 1/3″ x 1/4″ This is a very sparkly, dark rose pink colored slab of aventurine filled with lepidolite flakes in quartz. Lepidolite is the name of a lithium-rich mica mineral that is usually pink, red, or purple in color & is much admired in the metaphysical community for its calming properties.

4 1/2″ x 4″ x 1/4″ This is a really vibrant yellow-green piece of Avocado Opalite filled with little fortifications & small druzy vugs.
Russia, Unpolished Slab
3 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ x 1/4″ This is a really striking slab of Charoite filled with lavender & purple striations that also contains some chatoyancy.
Sumatra, Face Polished Nodule
2 1/4″ x 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ This is a pretty pastel fortification agate with colorful inclusions.
Sicily, Rough Specimen
4″ x 3″ x 2 3/4″ Sparkling druzy covered brecciated jasp/agate that is very reminiscent of the Youngite that was found in Wyoming, USA.
East Timor, Face Polished Nodule
2″ x 1 1/8″ x 1 1/4″ Fortification agate with well defined bands and depth.
Java, Unpolished Slab
4″ x 1 1/4″ x 1/4″ This is a pretty piece of Bumblebee onyx in shades of yellow, orange, grey, & black. This is an interesting material that forms in sulfuric volcanic vents.
Canada, Unpolished Slab
4″ x 1 1/4″ x 1/4″ Beautiful native plume silver.

5″ x 2″ x 1 1/2″ Beautiful piece of Cape Split fortification agate from my buddy Alex Cooper.

5″ x 1 1/2″ x 1/4″ This is a pretty aqua green to medium green piece of Mtorilite agate filled with little fortifications, plumy moss, and a beautiful pale aqua/white druzy center opening.

2 1/4″ x 1 3/8″ x 1 1/2″ Awesome half nodule of banded/fortification agate in shades of salmon pink, pale pinkish grey, & white with a floating euhedral quartz center.

2″ x 2″ x 5/8″ This is a beautiful banded agate in shades of pale green, grey, white, & black with parallax.
Argentina, Polished Cabochon
2 1/2″ x 1 1/8″ x 1/4″ This is a beautiful piece of gemmy pink Rhodochrosite that shows great black flowery bouquets.
